We are looking for interesting people who have passion and imagination to drive revenue results and help our clients solve key challenges in their sales and workflow cycles utilizing our software. A successful seller needs to want to work hard in a fast-paced, independent environment. The primary task of a SaaS seller will be to identify new business opportunities, sell and help clients realize value through enterprise or self-service deals with our three distinct customer buckets: Local Media, National Media, and Agencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Exceed sales quota: by driving self-created new business, handling inbound leads, and working with strategic accounts to grow revenue through renewals and upsells
- Sales cycle management: manage the sales process internally and externally – engaging the appropriate resource to help drive sales results
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with our professional services team internally
- Deliver against client performance metrics to drive revenue expansion on existing business – land and expand with current contracts
- Identify, prioritize and qualify prospects and drive them through the sales process to contract
- Cultivate relationships with customers, decision-makers, and thought leaders
- Analyze sales metrics data to help evolve your sales strategy
- Build and maintain a robust client pipeline and demonstrate that with our CRM tools
- Stay up to date on ongoing new product features and their potential impact on new prospects and clients
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8-10 years of experience in enterprise or SaaS sales
- Experience in managing and executing complex sales cycles - $500K+ contract value
- Must have existing relationships with decision-makers across media sales organizations and/or agencies
- Recognized and proven track record of consistently achieving revenue targets and quotas
- Experience with CRMs (prefer Salesforce)
- Excellent speaking, writing and presentation skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Excellent consultative sales skills in defining needs analysis, qualification, exposing clients status quo and presenting solutions
- Constant over-achiever, highly competitive, creative and solutions-oriented – enjoys a challenge and a fast-paced environment
