Senior HR Business Partner

Advisr is in search of an outgoing, resourceful and personable Senior HR Business Partner to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to develop, plan and administer critical functions such as recruiting and hiring, compensation and benefits, performance management and company policies and practices. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead development and execution of HR procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
  • Develop HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements
  • Develop and administer benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
  • Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience
  • Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
  • Provide appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees
  • Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required

WHO YOU ARE:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required
  • You have extensive experience in Human Resources (7+ years) and working cross-functionally with all areas of HR
  • You are a self-starter with a creative mind and track record of putting ideas into practice and assessing the results
  • You have the ability to influence change, as well as effectively deal with change management initiatives
  • You have natural interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills and possess the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • You are knowledgeable and resourceful and are genuinely curious to stay up to date on the most recent HR business trends, laws and regulations
